Well who would want them to build a plant as a prototype that would be just the right size for supplying a vehicle refilling station? Perhaps someone that wants to prove how their next generation of vehicles will be supported by the necessary infrastructure and fuel supply sources to enable a global rollout? Hazer may be a important link in the chain for some very significant global industries, both existing and emerging.
