Peter needs to reduce or re structure his salary. Not sure on others thoughts but I’ll be voting against his remuneration package.

I know he is producing some company milestones with the PFS and upcoming SS but the company is at historical lows and so much of that is due to funding, share dilution and shareholder trust. He should reduce his salary and take it higher once we are making money. He comes from larger companies not really start ups. i would rather he took stock and aligned his interests with shareholders.

Yes we talk about the pay peanuts get monkeys but I’d rather PR got his peanuts via stock and options then our cash.

Each time we raise 2 million and the share price gets smashed. In FY18-19 a Peter took $324,000 of the limited company cash plus equity shares and options worth 169k.

If you look at Appia or Blue Sky their directors have huge interest and next to no salaries compared to Peter. Yes they don’t have a DFS but they look like they will survive for another 3 years if this market continues (which is dong expected it to), AEE I’m not so sure and I think thats the market sediment atm also...
