There's reports all over the net. People have done there doctorate thesis on the subject of disclosuring too much information to the market when it's not necessary and the results which follow going down that road. The stats and reports are everywhere.
Isxf give enough info to shareholders imo based on sound business protocols. The company is playing a smart game and protecting stakeholders interests. Hard to argue against documented studies on the subject of losing a competive edge by disclosing unnecessary info to such a competitive market before you have a stronghold footing in any new markets being targeted.
