Well, Visa didn't report anything anywhere.

Nobody from Visa, anywhere on the Globe turned up for Court to give evidence.

So it is just a story Borsky wrote, paid for by ASIC with tax payers' monies.

I reckon Borsky was engaged shortly after ASIC got a call from the UK FCA. "Why didn't you give us a call when you seized the Isignthis European Privacy Data?"

Too late to do anything else, having distributed it all over the place and the sole reason that the Visa nonsense needs to be serious, in my opinion.
