Nope, you are trying to deflect and change the subject. Regardless of whether it was valid or not VISA cancelled the relationship with ISX and ISX didn't disclose it to shareholders and the market. There is nothing to do with European data privacy laws, this was a letter from VISA to ISX which ISX don't deny receiving.
Instead JK and team told you shareholders (oops the other holders, your disclosure says not held) nothing and, even worse, JK tweeted it was just a paperwork mix-up.
