    You are wrong again. We are talking about disclosure of the VISA termination.

    First gate: Is it true that VISA terminated? Yes, it is there in the correspondence and ISX never disputed the termination occurred.

    Second gate: Did Mgmt make shareholders aware? Nope they actually tweeted it was just a paperwork mix up.

    I just listed two facts. No spin, no fiction, just facts.
