wrt this listing and tom foolery. Of the opinion isxfeu direct listing (unsure of minimum capital requirements(but this wouldn't suit some eg, liquidity etc)) However the top hat isxtech I believe, would have ISX buy back shares 1 for 1 as subsidiary (non dilutive) then dilute it as part of the principal capital injection. At this point there is the liquidity offered up by some. This will be viewed by holders as a dilutive reduction and a master stroke.
