Great sentence EPIANMAN.
"I am trying to restore balance that is all we welcome, facts not misinformation for one reason or another."

Anyone who has been through the courts of Australia,
Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and The High Court would know what misinformation,twisting facts,hidden or lost evidents can cause to an outcome of a final judgment.

I have been been through such an ordeal a number of years ago. It all come down to a fundamental error of judgment by a chief justice. One of the The High court judges found this error. He had a choice of sending it back to the Court of Appeal or to let it go. He let it go. During that year the High Court I believe found 15 errors of judgments made by the Court of Appeal. 14 of these were sent back to The Court of Appeal except 1, mine. I lost $7.5 million.

I faced over a period of 5 years 11 judges. 5 said yes and 6 said no. It all came down to a fundamental error, misinformation of a fact.

I still feel and some how cope with the pain and suffering of this ordeal.

A lot of good and bad has been said about SLA but at the end of the day facts are facts and that is how SLA should be judged. BY THE FACTS.

And yes I believe in SLA.
