Bob, I personally believe that the board failed, the continuous decline in the share price year after year suggests that this board struggled. A share consolidation was undertaken, it had to be done but board may not have fully realised the damages it would have caused.

The bean counter deals failed to produce any benefits o real a long and protracted period of time, we are still required to contribute money to the JV a d any discoveries (ie Helium) will not be realised nor the wealth shared with shareholders, that will go to MQG.

The purchases from Magellan have just placed a heavy ball and chain around central's neck where they need to find additional funds to increase reserves, why was this not known prior and he was this not communicated to shareholders prior to the SOA acceptance by board.

Central have failed to appreciate share holder wealth, we are propped up by MQG and still 60% down from when this board took over in 2012.

The communications including the comedic stand up presentations could not have done Central shareholders any favours and with central not being able to convince the sophisticated, this can be argued. The presentations were childish and one had to read between the lines all the time.

The board was over padded and for a penny dreadful over paid.
