What has $20k revenue, $2.5m cash in the bank at the end of this quarter, $600k per quarter staff and admin costs, shares and options coming out of escrow in just over 2 months, 837m shares on issue, 264m options currently in the money at around $0.02, has pushed out FDA clearance until at least the end of next year, has been in a clear downtrend since April 2018 and all for a market cap of $41m?
