Thanks for clarifying moneyinmouth ...... I was tossing up between patients, patience and patents and then I got distracted thinking about those 6 Ps someone told me about ....how PROPER PLANNING PREVENTS PISS POOR PERFORMANCE

..... and then distracted again about how Phillip seems to have all of the Ps sorted....... (and two ‘Ls’ too)

But then I remembered I still don’t feel clear on how he is going at dealing with tight fisted RACs who want the government grant for their dementia sufferers, but don’t want to sign up for licenses for the cognitive ones ?

..... and- if there are an average of 50% dementia or non cognitive residents in each RAC - that means you may as well look at it as if the cognitive residents are getting a year’s free trial and the homes are paying for their denentia sufferers?

is anyone else confused about this ?
