pathology is a great field and the numbers/data generated from blood analysis taken to great account when treating an enormous range of diseases.
but and it's so important to remember this, what the blood says objectively does not represent what the patient feels subjectively.
diabetics run hyperglycaemic all the time and genuinely feel ill to the point of physical symptoms when their blood sugar is lowered to a more acceptable range. those suffering COPD can run fine at oxygen levels far lower than what is desired in a healthy human and if you try to correct it by administering oxygen you can literally kill them. some women run anaemic with haemaglobin levels <70 yet and this is a personal anecdote, when corrected to >100 she responded with respiratory arrest and required intubation. It's endless. I don't think any healthcare professional could agree, for every positive corollary of bloodwork to symptoms there just as many negative.
this person is trolling you and they love it when you bite.
I like your excel spreadsheet. it's dope.
