The latest 4C shows the company ESTIMATES staff and admin costs of around $620k for the upcoming quarter.

I must admit I didn't see the word "estimate" in your post.

The ACTUAL costs for staff and admin costs in the latest 4C, the one to which I assume you are referring to, was $406k.

The company has a history of overestimating upcoming expenses.

There is a clear history of this in all previously released 4C's.

Does the Company have European accreditation for its product?

Will the company receive some cash if all of those options are exercised?

You have presented plenty of facts in your post, but there does seem to be some selectivity in what you posted.
