You do understand that the app is for people who can't verbalise their pain. There would be no glowing endorsement for this app for those that can simply explain their pain. Maybe a novelty factor, but that's all.
The moment will come for PCK when they get the FDA approval in 2020 as that is where they have a larger targeted market. The Australian market is small compared to Europe and the US, and is reflected in the declining share price.
