At 200 dementia places per day that milestone would be hit by March 24. That's at the upper end of bed sign ups (remembering only half the bed sign ups are eligible for the grant).

Almost certainly that first milestone would be announced so if it comes sooner than March 24 then we can be comforted that signups are happening faster than previously.

If it comes after then that would be an issue of suggest making it hard to get the full 100k in the time allotted (by December was it?)

I think we all need to be prepared that this company is a slow burn. Timelines are getting pushed out and progress is far slower than projected.

What were generally projected for 2020 at this time last year are now pushed well into 2021.

Also of note is that lately there have been precious few downloads anywhere other than Australia. No Singapore, NZ and very little UK action. Nothing elsewhere either. I don't think we'll see much in the way of international expansion until we get those initial telltale downloads. Around this time last year PD said we'd have NZ and SG up and running by the end of June. SG officially happened but I'm not sure we practically have any beds there. NZ is still sitting on just the 300 Enliven from November? Only 300? Love to be corrected there.

So if you want fast gains this is not the stock for you.

Sorry, but what are you relying on for the data of downloads in specific countries? I wouldn't put too much weight into what some random free website software is telling you
