The gap is the training that is developed, documented and delivered by the user organisation based on their own policies and procedures etc. i.e. what do you do if the reading is x, how often do you measure.... They have to organise training sessions, locations, travel etc all after they have purchased the licences. This takes time in the health sector as they are very risk adverse, even more so in aged care at the moment.

You should then see a series of small numbers of assessments as the org uses PCK and then compares to existing measures/ confirms processes etc etc , followed by an exponential growth over time as more staff are qualified to use it.
