PCK with a PE of 20 is pretty much bang on its current valuation if you consider $5 mill revenue this year from the Govt alone. Throw in a more realistic PE of 40 for a growing cash based company which requires zero inventory then that alone should see a more realistic valuation of 200 mill or around 18c.

PCK = very very undervalued atm.
