The recent price action is definitely interesting. There's only a handful of reasons for this:
1. Market manipulation
2. Leaky ship on an announcement- doubtful as pretty tight ship, and no imminent announcement expected before quarterly. Or is there?
3. General market sentiment change, although up 16% today alone is far greater than broader market.
4. Market values PCK more than what it dropped to- which I think is highly likely.
5. Market is forward looking and sees PCK's value potential way higher than what it it currently is- also very likely in my opinion.
