all well and good saying no churn, but if government pull funding due to KPMG saying not enough usage, then I have no doubt we'd start seeing churn.

I know from speaking to a nurse manager at one home that their whole team needed re-training as the company (Not PCK, the home), didn't offer them enough and didnt push usage... IMO this becomes the job of David's team, increasing education and usage of the app.

yes, it's hard for the average joe like myself to know too much. I think the RC outcome will be pivotal, at least in the mid term for the takeoff in Aus.
