Personally I can't see any particular problem with the article. It does what it sets out to do – review four pain assessment options – and does it quite respectably. The article sets out quite clearly what's involved in administering each of the four methods in terms of personnel and methodology. In fact, this is the most comprehensive outline I've yet seen on exactly what the Painchek app and management console look like and how they are managed.
Granted the English is a little odd here and there, but it's clear and unambiguous.
I think it's a positive sign that Painchek makes it into view unsolicited alongside the other more traditional pain assessment methodologies.
