Just thought I would inform you that a at least one if not more complaints have been made to ASIC regarding the notice from PainChek released to the market about the share holders not selling. This complaint was made on the basis of share market manipulation or attempt of this. Painchek have no control over who buys and who sells and clearly people will not tell others of their actions before they sell out. It makes sense for any one selling to tell people they are not, especially if they are a significant holder.
Come on ASIC and ASX please let the market be the market and stop the manipulation and perception of being transparent when we all know you are not.
