Oh dont get me wrong, I know that this has been happening with brokers etc but its something else when a company makes an announcement about it to the market, thats no different to price fixing or telling people whats going to happen before it happens with no guarantees but making it sound like there is. If a financial advisor told you to do this because the market is going up and it does not... you can sue them because they made you a promise they could not keep. That is what PCK has done by telling the market the key stake holders are not going to sell...HOW THE F*** would they know unless they are the key stake holder and then what is the benefit of telling people that unless it benefits them, and that is the exact problem. On top of that as the directors they are often in black out periods to which they would not be able to sell either, but they have not said that.
