    I know this has been touched on before but I'm watching applyser to track another company so just double-checking how we track this data.

    Am I correct in saying on today's update on iPhone - Painchek has moved 241 places to a ranking of #172 in the Medical?

    If you hover your mouse pointer over the #241 for a few seconds it shows a message "last rank #413".

    So this is not how many downloads have been performed but just based on rankings.
    It's still obviously showing that it's being downloaded daily in various countries, I wonder was there ever a block of downloads in Holland by Phillips or did they need the app store to access the tech.
