All people know is that an unknown number of people have downloaded the app on iPhone/iPad in the representative country. It could be one download or it could be one hundred. It is entirely unknown. Applyzer has shown random countries before, some seem likely and have been shown to be real, others have not and nothing has come of it. The algorithm to calculate the top numbers is proprietary, and the specific market categorisation, healthcare apps in Australia allows large ranking changes with minimum movement.

A member of this forum claim they've made "coin" utilising the applyzer rankings, however. I think it was @DoubleDown! but I'm not sure.
