Yep - someone seems to be confusing the process for pharma trials with what we have here.
The validation has already been done via the papers from Hughes, Hoti etc.
The MCRI trial is then expanding it out to see if it works on smaller, twitchier faces.
And to pre-empt any response from our resident mungo, it is literally what I do for a job. Write Ethics approvals, advisory to research groups and sit on a number of HRECs
