So 40-50% of the recent beds signed under the government grant where they don't even need them, hence the low cumulative assessments numbers as they aren't done but are "contracted for ease of use".....very doubtful they will be signed beyond those grant then and how did they get approved under the government grant for dementia beds???
Still don't know what formula you used to get those increasing assessment per bed numbers...
