I dont personally think anything has changed - that presentation was full of information and I feel as if PD had a new presentation created that it wouldn't be the first time hes gone through it, maybe.

perhaps he's mixed his words. Clarity should help, i would think theyre using the existing tech they've developed to assess whatever data they can get their hands on - that part, no idea!

Building on your new screenshot, Id say his comment is simply about being able to use the tech theyve developed as a PAT?
