The pps was already dropping before the market sell off, this has only made the pps much difficult for a re-rate now and more so if most of those 90M CR shares are sold and don't forget also the 45M directors shares will also be escrow in a few months time. Will the DTC for Painchek affect the pps that much given the potential market will be the same in Australia whether dementia patient are cared at home or in RAC???? IMO, Painchek has always need global uptake to re-rate the pps......
