as well just being a decent sized customer - we know this is the on-boarding stage, not the sign up - so this means that one of their bigger customers, or lots of smaller ones (doubt that) have now started to be implemented, meaning more users, which should mean more assessments to tick that box.

from working in the industry, I also know that once a big organisation implements something and goes through that change management process - it is difficult to make them change again. Implementing PainChek is not as easy as just getting everyone to download the app - it's a whole clinical change to their processes!
