it is my thought process that if PD has to raise significant cash at any price similar to this - it's game over.
with his experience and credentials, if he can't take $16m and grow us significantly enough that we 1) never need to raise again (my preference) or 2) raise at a significantly higher price to this - then I won't be a shareholder.
However, I believe $16m should take us into 2022 comfortably, and the potential growth of the company even throughout 2021 is significant.
