A good question, but it has been covered a fair bit. Phillips shut down everything that was not associated with emergency/COVID related activities which meant the agreement with PCK was put on the back-burner.

Europe was re-opening but COVID is now everywhere again, so will be interesting to see whether there will be another delay.

As for patent infringement, possibly - but it is quite niche so not sure whether the Aus Governments + Phillips of the world would put their reputation on the line to jump ship and work with someone who clearly has stolen the IP. The clients are not small companies working out of back-alleys after all...
