Unfortunately, it is a fair cue and will likely take an announcement to break through. However, the good thing is that we know that there are likely some more announcements (Canada rollout, Philips deal, increased govt funding etc.) coming this quarter so may be a good time to accumulate at around these levels before the next leg up.
