I thought Philips wanted pain assessment for delirium patient which Painchek doesn't provide so they are still doing pre-clinical studies (hence the large R&D for the year) and then need to go through clinical trials and regulatory approval like they did for dementia.
As for home care, the carer still need to perform 5 out of the 6 manual APS assessments so I'm not as bullish since there still this technology limitation which the RCA assessors have with Painchek and more so given most of this home carer won't be have been trained and experience in APS.
