I noticed a bit of institution manipulation in the sales today, I think there may be some reason behind the sudden surge, whether it be the big guns have resumed its belief in the company or there is an incoming Ann in the next few days. Could be PCK universal related, Phillips or other partnerships (potentially in the US given how things are going over there). Whatever it is, I believe it is not a pump and dump given the buy/sell pattern since Tuesday.
