Infections don't matter as much as the death rate - that matters. Once the most vulnerable in society are vaccinated - which is well underway in the UK, the death rate will dramatically drop.
The vaccination doesn't stop people from carrying or spreading covid - but importantly, it prevents people from dying. So once the vaccination is fully rolled out - the "infection numbers" become old news - we will all eventually get Covid.

So yes, they are slowly coming out of Covid.

Yesterday's movement is anyone's guess, but the company has flagged a Phillips deal as soon as Covid restrictions ease - seeing as the market is always looking ahead maybe they see the benefit in this stock at sub 10 cents.
