The app works where you hold the camera on the face for 3 seconds and is then able to tell you the microexpressions - so the AI is very easily transferred to ongoing monitoring - it would simply be measuring every 3 seconds for the microexpressions, potentially less - however the concept is very very simple and basic.

You are SPOT ON that the NRS is basically just a digital care management addition to the application and was included based on customer feedback - it is a fantastic addition to the tool and is another roadblock removed for RAC's especially for global roll out.

Also a bit confused about the approval announcement to be honest, however I assume given both were announced together - this announcement seems to me like a "hey market, just letting you know we have been told officially by these two governing bodies that we're all good with our universal app" - and that makes sense.
