You're spending a lot of time arguing with people most of us have ignored already, but I seem to remember a poster lamenting "no growth" a year or so ago. What that poster meant was that the growth rate wasn't growing. I suspect that's who you're talking to now. When you see idiotic self-contradictory terms like "flat growth", you know it's time to feed your ignore list.
