The first day of the RC hearing certainly would have drawn big attention to how and what tools were used to assess pain levels for the elderly given in this case the gentleman passed away because he was poorly assessed and over medicated (For how long is anyones guess) . Had this Aged Centre used our App not only would this person be assessed for the correct pain levels he would probably be still alive today. Like PD states in the interview our App takes 5 minutes to fully do a proper assessment in comparison to the APS (I didn't realise the APS was used world wide) which takes over 20 minutes in manual form and I am sure had this centre used the our APP not only would they have saved huge amounts for time for the nurses,physicians and carers it would have been a better outcome.
