It actually makes sense because one of the reason most people who worked in aged care in the first place is simply because they care. Imagine the stress the carers would go through if they don't know what the matter is and no matter what they do, the dementia resident still behaved distressingly erratic.
Now with PainChek, they can accurately diagnose the reason for the behaviour, manage the patients pain, and then see the uplifting result of the patient finally restful and having a smile on the face. That is job satisfaction right there. Just like the current health care workers who are happy each time they help a Covid patient recover from ICU to home.
