I think you need to do a little more analysis and reorganise your thoughts on Painchek. For a start you've constructed a classical "can't-win" view of the product. A third of your posts assert that facial expression is insufficient to accurately diagnose pain, and another third of your criticise Painchek for gathering additional information to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis.
Just as ResappDx gathers additional symptoms to increase the accuracy of its diagnoses, so does Painchek gather additional data that it can't observe directly. The fact that those data correlate closely to the data points collected in the Abbey Pain Scale attests to the validity of those additional points. You should be acknowledging that this improves the product.
Using your logic you would conclude that the blind-spot alert on your car is useless because you still have to check your mirror and look over your shoulder.
