Hi all , long time holder, only post very rarely but do read all posts, I have a 10 year old with Down syndrome and severe autism, non verbal, he was in hospital last week with severe dehydration and influenza A among other things, given his high pain tolerance was very difficult for the nurses or doctors for that matter to work out whether he was in any pain, they really had no idea, not their fault whatsoever, but a tool that can be used on any and all non verbal person cannot come quick enough, will continue to read the excellent posts that continue to be posted, have a great weekend all regards Gus
