Painchek is a medical app. It wants to be able to be used in not just aged care facility, but also in hospital, GP and other medical settings. Therefore, not just USA, but all over the world, it would need their regulatory approval before it can be marketed and sold there. Like here and Europe, we need the TGA and CE Mark approval which we already got.
