This is because you did a market price order and it may have been executed in different parcels depending on what price was available on the sell side. So it would take a little time to then process it and update your portfolio. Also the price being different from your watch list is because of some transactions occuring on chi x and some on asx. The watch list only shows asx trades but the main stock page shows the price moves done by chi x as well.
