I liken PCK share price chart to walking up a set of stairs. the price goes up one step at a time and then consolidates at the new level and then continues to rise one step at a time. PD is controlling every step. He doesn't want big swings up or down the staircase he just wants the company and the SP to move forward one step at a time. PD has planned this journey right from the start even down to thinking about liquidity of shares , he chose one billion shares for a reason not because it sounds good, but because it gives the right balance. He won't make a call but PD will know what the share price is going to be every step of the way.
