its not only the management at rap. their product had issues with how it worked in the US trials due to all sorts of random testing factors. It took time to rectify and even now there is a discrepancy between US results and Australian results. Not sure why they shot for FDA before going for AU and EU approval, since those results were so good, they could have made a lot of commercialization progress prior to even running for FDA.
