I doubt there will be much of an announcement before the PCK AGM with my reasoning as follows:
Rule 7.1A applies to entities which are not included in the S&P/ASX300 index and which have a market capitalisation equal to or less than $300 million (“mid to small caps”). It allows these entities to obtain a 12 month shareholder mandate to issue up to 10% of issued capital without further shareholder approval, in addition to the 15% permitted under rule 7.1.Rule 7.1A recognises the importance of equity placements as a capital raising mechanism for mid to small caps, and provides them with the ability to increase their placement capacity.

I would be happiest to be wrong!
