Rule 7.1A applies to entities which are not included in the S&P/ASX300 index and which have a market capitalisation equal to or less than $300 million (“mid to small caps”. If the MC goes above 300mill, then they will adjust the resolution. PBH did this recently as its MC flew above the MC limit. The price could move any direction depending on the newsflow or sentiment, but there is no telling that people would try cap the price just to get more placements.

PBH also just announced a cap raise.
