I don't mean to be cocky or anything, but based on what I can see of all the participants, plus what is out there in the world and more importantly, what is NOT out there in the world, I believe it will be more like Philips wanting to close a deal with Philip. The other participant will either ended up getting married to each other because they are selling similar stuff anyway and then chase Philips for a deal and so on.

And no, Philip won't be working for Philips, but the other way round.
