As at this point in time, you are right. But then, that is the whole point of this Healthworks exercise. At the end of the day, where there is a will and money, anything is possible. Especially given that PainChek is already invented. Just a matter of integrating Painchek into their system. Who knows they could be looking at future monitoring machine with camera integrated and all that. If that is Philips plan, then they will do a deal with Philip to get that done. And because we are unique, and Philips in wanting to be the best, I believe it would be Philips who would pay for everything plus licensing fees. On the extreme end, if Philips is truly and totally see that integrating PainChek and future Painfaces into their system, they might even launched a full takeover. It is not beyond their means. But I would not want that if the offer is anything less that what Ricky would agree with
