I would have thought R3 was pretty much a standard resolution and most companies include it as an item in their AGM, as it saves money and time if there was a need to raise capital quickly.Don't think we will be needing this any time soon, esp after Govt funding structure is announced today.
My bet is Ann will be made after market closes today as the AGM is 2pm Perth time.
